We hope you have a wonderful experience shopping at Fashion Jewelry TV. All of our products have detailed picture and descriptions. How do I make an order?
You may follow the steps stated here -> How to Order

Simply navigate to the available product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. The item will be added to the cart and a successful message will be shown. Continue to add more items to cart until you wish to checkout.

By clicking the shopping cart link on the top right corner, you will then enter the shopping cart area to view your list of items for purchase.

If you are done shopping, click on the checkout button to complete your purchase where you will be prompted to register if you are a new guest or shipping & payment information if you've logged in. Online transactions for credit and debit cards are processed at the Paypal page which is safe and secure.

Do you send printed catalogues?
As we update our store with new products daily, Fashion Jewelry TV does not send printed catalog. We feature all of our products on our website. Where can I view the products before purchasing?
Unfortunately we don't have a showroom currently. Please make your order from the online store.

What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars. You may change to your desired currency at the top of every page. There are some currency we don't accept as Paypal don't allow it.

What is Fashion Jewelry TV' pricing & discount policy?
Fashion Jewelry TV' prices are extremely competitive with those of other retailers in the industry. All our prices are in wholesale, we do have discounts on bulk orders, click here for wholesale discount and also promotional offers like giving away free gifts and discount vouchers. We also offer complimentary shipping within the Singapore for all orders and international from S$3.00.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally to all customers.

Are online transactions secure?
Fashion Jewelry TV assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our credit and debit transactions are processed by Paypal which is a safe and secure payment processor.

What is Fashion Jewelry TV' product availability?
We ship our available item within 2-3 business days or 5-7 business days during season period. In many cases, items are shipped out asap.

How often do you update new stock?
We update new stock daily.

Will you restock the sold out items?
Yes we will reorder the sold out items once supplier store is available. Please subscribe to back in stock notification to receive update.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification immediately upon order confirmation and then receive another notification once your order has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

How do I track my order?
Please allow the order to reach the destination country for data to be recorded. You can then use the tracking number provided to check the order status via the destination post office website or call them to inquiry.

What are my payment options?
Fashion Jewelry TV accepts all credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments etc. For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal, Singapore bank transfer, telegraphic transfer and western union. What are Fashion Jewelry TV shipping methods?
We use normal registered mailing or EMS to ship all international orders and Singpost mailing for local orders. For more information, please visit our shipping page at Shipping & Returns

How do I calculate shipping cost?
You may check the shipping cost below the shopping cart page. We calculate shipping cost by number of quantities with registered mailing fee for all international orders.

Do you have free shipping?
Yes only in Singapore addresses and currently there is no free shipping worldwide.

Is registered mailing safe?
Yes registered mailing is safe as it was shipped with a tracking number. If any order is lost, undelivered. Please email us at admin@fashionjewelrytv.com. We will inquiry our Singpost.

What shipping method do you use for bulk/wholesale orders?
It depends on the total weight of the order. Some orders will be upgraded to use faster safer EMS shipping.

How long does it take to receive products?
International orders may take up to 14 business days after shipment via Singpost depending on the destination. Local orders will take 1-2 business days for normal mailing or 2-3 business days for registered mailing.

Everything we sell is always in stock otherwise we will not allow you to add to cart. However, if there is any item damage upon packing, we will email you on whether to change to another item or refund or given store credit.

Do you accept rush orders?
We are happy to rush orders at no additional charge. But international orders will need to use EMS for faster shipping and need to allow 3-5 business days upon delivery depending on destination.

How are the items packed?
We take the utmost care in packing the items with bubble wrap. However, they may get damaged during the shipment. If so, please email the defect picture to us at admin@fashionjewelrytv.com.

What is your refund policy?
At Fashion Jewelry TV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But there may be item that get damage during delivery. You may email us the defect pictures to admin@fashionjewelrytv.com to request to exchange or refund.

How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at admin@fashionjewelrytv.com.
